Weighed in at 157.8 this morning. Slightly amazed because I’ve eaten an entire box of girl scout cookies this week and other not good things. Stress eating has been killing me. Starting to ease into working out since midterms=no time to work out. Hope everyone’s hanging in there!

I’ve eaten wayyyyyy too many carbs this weekend. Hopefully dropping the carb intake tomorrow to pretty much only fruits and veg will give the shock my body needs to burn some fat. Then tuesday and on will be moderate carb days. Finally got back to the gym after hell week. It felt good. 5k on the treadmill and then some arm and core exercises. 517 calories burned in total. Now to get my eating back on track.

I would count 160 as hitting your goal! unless you round, then it would be 161… but if it was 160.4, then it would be 160! so… go run around a bit, and weight yourself again? haha! congratulations by the way, that’s amazing!
