Exercise.
All the treadmills were taken when I went in so I went on a recumbent bike for 20. Then did C5K Week 3 day 2. Felt good. Then did some leg lifting on the machines. Total calories burned 550. I feel good. Running was a bit tough, but I’ve got to power through it. Yay post workout high. Oh also found on where on my HRM to find total calories burned for a single workout instead of weekly. yay.

Week 2 Day 2 Couch to 5K complete and then some. So a 5k is 3.11? miles and on average with C5K I only do just over two miles. That’s a mile short of 5k and I realize I’ve never ran/walked 5K during a workout. So that’s what I did. 161.8. w00t -0.4. Any loss is a loss right? I’m so relieved to see 161.anything on the scale. Eating has been a bit erratic and as well as working out.
