I’ve eaten wayyyyyy too many carbs this weekend. Hopefully dropping the carb intake tomorrow to pretty much only fruits and veg will give the shock my body needs to burn some fat. Then tuesday and on will be moderate carb days. Finally got back to the gym after hell week. It felt good. 5k on the treadmill and then some arm and core exercises. 517 calories burned in total. Now to get my eating back on track.

I would count 160 as hitting your goal! unless you round, then it would be 161… but if it was 160.4, then it would be 160! so… go run around a bit, and weight yourself again? haha! congratulations by the way, that’s amazing!

All the treadmills were taken when I went in so I went on a recumbent bike for 20. Then did C5K Week 3 day 2. Felt good. Then did some leg lifting on the machines. Total calories burned 550. I feel good. Running was a bit tough, but I’ve got to power through it. Yay post workout high. Oh also found on where on my HRM to find total calories burned for a single workout instead of weekly. yay.

weigh in was this morning. No change which kind of surprised me. I thought a mini gain would show up. I’ve been weighing myself pretty much every morning, which I know can be bad, but meh.
